About the Role
As our Educational Leader Mentor, you’ll work alongside service leaders to grow their impact. You’ll provide coaching, resources, and professional learning that enables Educational Leaders to inspire their teams, strengthen pedagogy, and deliver outstanding outcomes for children.
In this role, you’ll :
Mentor and support Educational Leaders across CEEC servicesBuild capability in leadership, pedagogy, and reflective practiceFacilitate professional learning and networking opportunitiesDevelop and share resources to embed consistent quality practiceWork alongside Quality & Continuous Improvement team to ensure alignment across servicesAbout You
You’re an experienced educator and leader who thrives on supporting others to lead. You understand what it takes to guide pedagogy, inspire teams, and drive outcomes, and you’re committed to mentoring leaders to bring out their best.
You’ll bring :
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)Demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader or in a pedagogical leadership roleStrong mentoring, coaching, and facilitation skillsDeep understanding of the NQF and quality practice in early educationExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsWhat Success Looks Like
