About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Industrial Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our innovative team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be designing high-performance architectural hardware and smart locking systems for residential and government applications. You’ll work closely with Industrial Designers, Mechanical Engineers, Tool Makers, and Product Managers to bring concepts to life—from ideation to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design new architectural hardware and systems that enhance home liveability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve design concepts
• Consult with clients and Product Managers to define project goals
• Develop and validate concepts using SolidWorks, CNC machining, and 3D printing
• Test prototypes and iterate designs based on performance feedback
• Ensure designs are cost-effective and manufacturable
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders
• Liaise with suppliers to release projects for tooling and production
• Review and improve existing products through tooling modifications
