The Role :

Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. This opportunity is working with our SIL house clients in Cardiff . Your day-to-day may include :

Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines

Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making

Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)

Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism

Building positive relationships with our clients

What You'll Bring :

We are looking for candidates who embody CPA values , are client-focused in their approach to care, and are passionate about the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities. You'll bring :

A can-do attitude and growth mindset — you’re open to learning and ready to make a difference

Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your passion & enthusiasm is key!

NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 or above)

Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers

Availability across a variety of shift times, including :

Early mornings (6am - 9am)

Day shifts (9am - 3 / 4pm)

Afternoons & evenings

Awake overnights (10pm-6am)
