Your Impact

Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise wide change management framework that drives adaptability and resilience. Influence at the highest level to embed consistent, sustainable change practices across the organisation and uplift capability across the organisation.

This 12-month fixed-term role offers a unique opportunity for you to make a lasting impact. Bring your expertise in enterprise thinking, change strategy, and stakeholder engagement to lead change that matters.

What you'll do

  • Establish a fit for purpose enterprise change framework, governance, methodology and toolkit.
  • Build a centralised knowledge hub and enterprise change heatmap.
  • Provide strategic advice to executive and key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability through coaching and capability uplift.
  • Lead large‑scale enterprise transformation, developing and communicating compelling narratives that support adoption and minimise resistance.
  • Establish a community of practice for change professionals and champions.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience establishing and leading enterprise change in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing enterprise change functions or frameworks.
  • Proven track record in managing change in transformation projects.
  • Change strategy, design, heatmapping and impact analysis expertise.
  • Strong ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders and build commitment to change.
  • Communication & Engagement – Exceptional ability to craft and deliver compelling change narratives.
  • Coaching & Capability Building – Passion for uplifting others' change capability and embedding sustainable practices.
  • Resilience & Adaptability – Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through complexity and transformation.
