About The Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery & Rostering Team Lead and working as part of the Service Delivery team, you will form part of one of the most important teams in our organisation. At its core, this dynamic and fast-paced teamwork in a call‑centre style environment ensures the work you do positively impacts the lives of our clients and allows them to live as independently as possible. This exciting new role at HenderCare offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities, where you'll divide your time between coordinating and scheduling client support services, ensuring the perfect match between clients and field workers, and managing key NDIS administrative tasks. You will work within the VIC officer managing the rostering across different state portfolios three days of the week and assist with administration the remaining two days of the week providing the perfect balance for your week.
