Your role :

We’re looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team, managing the relationships between Dulux and the Inspirations franchise network. This is a dynamic role where you’ll take ownership of growing the decorative retail business, including coatings and accessories, while also supporting the Dulux Trade Depot network in the region. As the face of Dulux in-store, you’ll work closely with store owners and staff, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to deliver on our reputation as “The Best Paint Store in Town.”

You will achieve this through a range of tactics including : establishing and maintaining regular call cycles, engaging the store owner via sound business planning & running regular product training sessions. You will be required to create unique and engaging product focus sessions and promotional activities. Your negotiation and sales skills will enable you to increase the share of Dulux Group products through the store, in particular, the Tools and Equipment category.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys building lasting partnerships, and has the drive to exceed sales targets. Your ability to navigate complex environments, coach teams, and deliver tangible commercial outcomes will make you an integral part of our success

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and strengthen relationships with Dulux Inspirations franchisees and staff, as well as support the Trade Depot network.
  • Conduct regular store visits to deliver product training, promotional support, and operational guidance.
  • Partner with store owners to develop consultative business plans that drive growth and exceed expectations.
  • Deliver and exceed Trade & Retail sales targets across Decorative Coatings and Dulux Tools & Equipment.
  • Identify new product and growth opportunities to increase share of Dulux brands.

  • Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with small business owners, franchisees, and store teams.
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to uncover opportunities and drive results in a retail environment.
  • Confident coaching and influencing skills, with a persuasive communication style.
  • Solid understanding of retail store operations and how to deliver success.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
