Band 5 - $74,861 - $85,591 yearly, plus 12% statutory superannuation

Responsibilities

As our Payroll / Finance Officer you will :

• Process Council’s fortnightly payroll accurately and efficiently in line with Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and Fair Work provisions.
• Maintain employee records and masterfile data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit and legislative requirements.
• Provide quality customer service to staff by responding to payroll queries and supporting employee access to payroll systems.
• Assist with financial administration tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets, data, and statistical reports.
