Health and Safety Manager – REQ608654

Location : Westmead (Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network). Permanent, full time (38 hours / week). Salary : AUD 127,150 – 144,444.

Overview

Reporting to the Associate Director Health Safety and Wellbeing, the Health and Safety Manager leads the strategy and operation of Health and Safety Services across the network.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the SCHN Health Safety and Wellbeing Plan 2024-2027.
• Develop and deliver standardized training, tools, and resources.
• Partner with network leaders to promote safety values.
• Influence safety culture, behaviours and attitudes.
• Deliver strategic and operational plans for health & safety.
