About the role

As part of the Communications and Marketing team, the Content Marketing and Communications Coordinator plays a key role in creating clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content that attracts, informs, and inspires action.

You will craft engaging content across websites, brochures, campaigns, social media, and media releases to strengthen the Parish’s reputation, support growth in services such as aged care, education and training, and community services, as well as drive recruitment and fundraising outcomes.

This role works closely with colleagues in design, campaigns, recruitment, fundraising, and internal communications, ensuring our messaging is consistent, impactful, and audience focused.

Key focus areas

• Write clear, engaging, SEO-optimised content for websites, email marketing, brochures, social media, and campaigns.
• Craft copy to support service growth, recruitment, fundraising, and brand reputation.
• Develop and manage content calendars that align with organisational priorities.
• Use analytics and insights to refine content for greater engagement and conversion.
• Work with media to prepare releases, feature stories, and executive quotes that highlight our impact.
• Support crisis communication by drafting clear, empathetic public-facing statements.
• Maintain tone of voice, brand consistency, and messaging guidelines across all channels.
