About The Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse, you will be an advocate for our residents, using your passion for aged care to make a difference to their lives. As a leader, you will empower your staff to do the same. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents while working within and supervising a multidisciplinary team.

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an aged care setting as an RN in charge.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff.
  • Ability to perform daily clinical monitoring and review including specialised responsibilities.
  • Experience with audits and compliance tasks.
  • Mentoring and leading nurses and care staff on best practice and care services.
  • Resident’s assessments and review, working closely with the RNs on the floor and the Care Manager, among other leadership responsibilities.
  • Free seasonal flu vaccination.
  • Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and possibly an NDIS Worker Screening.
