Responsibilities

• Lead Curriculum Development and Teaching : Develop and deliver innovative nursing education programmes using online and blended modes, ensure quality placements, and apply contemporary pedagogical approaches.
• Advance Nursing Scholarship : Contribute to evidence-based practice in nursing programmes and lead scholarly outputs to enhance nursing education.
• Provide Educational Leadership : Participate in departmental planning, engage in professional development, and build a local profile in nursing education through community involvement.
• Ensure Programme Quality : Coordinate subjects and courses, review student satisfaction, and participate in peer review of teaching to maintain high educational standards.

Base pay and benefits

Base pay range : A$149,701.00 / yr – A$172,613.00 / yr

Salary : $149,071 - $172,613 per annum (pro rata for part time) plus 17% superannuation
