Functional Analyst (Contract – 24 months, likely extension)

Location : Brisbane CBD (Hybrid)

About the role

This position is responsible for understanding business processes, gathering and analysing requirements, and ensuring that solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem align with organisational objectives.

Required skills and competencies

• Experience in a Functional Analyst or similar role within an enterprise IT environment.
• Skilled in requirement gathering, documentation, process mapping, and developing functional specifications.
• Familiar with capabilities, limitations, and best practices of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of governance, security, and compliance in enterprise platforms.
• MS Power Platform Functional Consultant certification desirable.
