The Role :

Monday – Friday, we are seeking an up and coming Property Manager to assist in service a clean and tidy local portfolio all based in close proximity to the Macarthur Area. With training and support from the Senior Property Manager and a hands-on Director, this is your opportunity to learn from the best in the business. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for :

• Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
• Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
• Conducting repairs and maintenance
• Rental arrears management

The Candidate :

• A current Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
• Previous experience in Real Estate is highly regarded
• High level of professionalism
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
• Strong knowledge of the local area
• A positive, can-do attitude!
