• The Role :
• Supporting one of CPA's group homes in Narraweena, we are seeking a passionate and purpose-driven Disability Support Practitioner to empower independence, drive engagement and skill development and deliver person-centered care to our clients!. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
• Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
• Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.
• Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars and community access.
• Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
• Being part of a fun and dynamic team.

• Requirements :
• We are open to both green and experienced candidates. Whether you have been in the sector for a while or are new to it, you will need to be committed, compassionate, eager to learn, and demonstrate person-centered care - treating all clients with respect, dignity, and professionalism.
• A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
