Join Bellarine Training and Community Hub (BTACH), a well-respected community-based RTO with over 20 years’ experience delivering accredited training and community programs across the Bellarine Peninsula and Geelong region.

We are currently seeking a qualified and engaging Trainer & Assessor to deliver the Certificate IV in Health Administration (HLT47321) . This nationally recognised course equips students for senior administrative roles in the healthcare sector, and we’re looking for someone who brings bothhealth knowledge and administration experience.

Key responsibilities :

• Deliver and assess training in line with the HLT47321 qualification requirements
• Support students across a mix of backgrounds with tailored learning strategies
• Cover core units including medical terminology, patient record systems, workplace leadership, business documents, and customer service
• Supervise and assess students undertaking work placement arranged by BTACH
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery and materials
