About the Role
Educational Leader – North Brisbane at YMCA Queensland
We’re looking for enthusiastic Educational Leaders to join our Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part‑time basis.
In this role you will help shape fun, engaging programs that support children’s learning and development outside of school hours. You will guide and support a team of educators, bring creative ideas to life, and make sure every child feels safe, supported, and included.
Ideally you love working in a team, enjoy being hands‑on, and want to make a real impact in your community – this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Our programmes are built around belonging, choice, and fun, and we work in close partnership with families, schools and communities.
