Hype DC is looking for a passionate retailer looking to take the next step in their career as a 3IC in our flagship QV Melbourne store!

About the Role :

As the  3IC  you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable experiences for our customers and achieving operational excellence.

Being a business leader at Hype DC you work collaboratively with your Store Manager to deliver a people first culture within your store, maximise sales growth in the business you run and all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

What You’ll Need :

Previous retail experience (supervisory or team leader roles a bonus)

A love for fashion and premium product

Confident communication and a team-first mindset

Drive to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment

Energy, adaptability, and a natural sense of style

Availability across key trading days (including weekends)

Key Responsibilities :

Support the Store and Assistant Manager with daily operations

Lead the team on the floor and deliver standout customer experiences

Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation

Champion store culture and team energy

Coach and support new and casual team members

Step into leadership responsibilities when senior leaders are off-site

Maintain safety, compliance, and operational excellence
