About the Role
The City of Cockburn’s Youth Services team are seeking an energetic, motivated and committed Youth Worker of Aboriginal descent to join the team and to contribute to the provision of positive outcomes for local youth who present ‘at-risk’.
The role will be to work within the community to provide advocacy, information, referral and diversion activities to Aboriginal youths who are at-risk, assisting them to reduce at-risk behavior, improve relationships and achieve goals as developed in case management plans.
This role is located at our state-of-the-art Youth Centre, based in Success. The position has a current contract until June 2027 with possibility of extension subject to ongoing funding.

Salary : Starting from Level 4 Step 1 – Step 4 ($85,331.83 - $91,017.33) City of Cockburn Industrial Agreement 2025 based on qualification and experience.
