Job descriptionProven experience in data engineering, data management, and schema design with expertise in SQL, Python, and Java. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop scalable data solutions. Experience in Agile project management and leading technical teams in sophisticated environments. Demonstrating knowledge of process mining concepts and a passion for using data to optimize business processes. As a Data Engineering Lead, you’ll play a crucial part in crafting and coordinating strong data pipelines, models, and governance structures that support our Analytics Platform. What You’ll Do
- Owning an agile team of data engineers and collaborating with solution architects, analysts, and data scientists.
- Crafting and implementing data models and pipelines to enable flawless extraction and integration into the Process Mining platform.
- Establishing and maintaining strong data governance, lineage modelling, and technical documentation.
- Leading data enablement initiatives with an Agile approach to drive timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborating with team members to identify inefficiencies and suggest data-driven solutions
