Work Life Balance Benefits
The ORS executive team really believes in the benefits of a healthy work life balance. Many of us have families and lead busy lives outside of work, so we know how important it is for our staff to maintain a balanced lifestyle. For this reason we : provide resources for staff to work from home, aim to allocate clients close to your home, give you ownership of your own calendar so you can book appointments to suit your schedule, provide suburban office locations with free onsite and local parking, and allow you to work part‑time or reduced hours.
Psychology Internship Program
To support employees with their supervised practice pathways to general registration as a psychologist, ORS funds up to $12,000 in annual supervision costs to complete an internship program. Currently, we employ over 180 provisional psychologists and understand what it takes to support individuals effectively through to full registration. Supervision is either provided in‑house by an experienced registered supervisor, or employees may find their own external supervisor; ORS pays up to $12,000 per year.
