Job Description

Share a cuppa, a chat, and brighten the day of an elderly lady living at home in Rathmines.

Do you have a kind heart and a little time to spare? We’re looking for a friendly, caring person to brighten the day of an older lady in Rathmines who would love some regular company. A weekly or fortnightly visit over a cuppa and a good chat can make a world of difference — sharing stories, laughter, and friendship.

Our lovely client enjoys good conversation and simple moments of connection. Your visits could bring warmth, companionship, and a sense of belonging to her week — and you might just find it brightens your own days too.

If you believe that kindness, a listening ear, and a friendly smile can make someone’s life a little happier, we’d love to hear from you.

Time commitment : 1 hour per week (flexible)

Requirements

18 years or older

• National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare

We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for an hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits couldbe weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
