Employment Type - Christmas Casual - Temp Contract

Multiple Locations in Metro Sydney, NSW (Car Required)

CROSSMARK are on the lookout for fresh new talent to join their dynamic team supporting one of Australia’s most loved everyday brands, Optus & amaysim! We are looking for someone to join our team and help provide leave coverage between Nov and beginning of March 2026, this is a temporary contract, and you need to be available Monday to Friday.

Competitive Casual hourly rate $32.79 p / hr + $0.98 p / kms + superannuation
Autonomous, flexible, work life balance
Casual, Monday to Friday shifts, 5-25hrs per week
Tasks scheduled 10-21 Days in advance

The role

Enjoy building relationships with store managers and team members to effectively complete your work, building displays and merchandising a wide variety of Optus & amaysim products within a variety of retail stores. This is an exciting time to join our growing business as we continue to build new partnerships, creating more opportunities for our teams.

Responsibilities will include :

Creating, building and maintaining quality point of sale displays and planograms in store

Talking to stores about additional promotional space for a variety of products for leading brands

Achievement of targets within Grocery, Corporate Petrol & Convenience and Mass Merchant stores across a set territory

Managing your territory of retail stores and reporting tasks with good quality photos daily via our StoreTrack app

Successful candidate requirements :

Supermarket, retail or merchandising experience preferred but not essential

Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail

An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Driver’s license (Learner's Permit NOT accepted) and access to a reliable vehicle
