The Opportunity

As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be at the heart of this service - driving clinical excellence, strengthening team capability, and ensuring every resident receives safe, high-quality, person-led care.

You will oversee all clinical operations across a medium residential home, guiding an experienced team while championing best practice, compliance, and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire : Mentor a multidisciplinary clinical team, celebrating collaboration, professional growth, and a culture of excellence.
• Clinical Governance : Oversee assessments, care planning, clinical systems, and quality frameworks to meet and exceed accreditation standards.
• Quality Improvement : Identify opportunities to elevate care, drive risk management initiatives, and embed continuous learning.
• Resident-Centred Care : Advocate for dignity, choice, and meaningful living, ensuring each resident is supported as an individual.
• Compliance & Accountability : Maintain robust clinical standards aligned with legislation, aged care reforms, and organisational governance.
