Join our Therapy and Behaviour Support team across Samaritans and Anglican Care to deliver evidence-based behavioural assessment, intervention, and behaviour support plans for people across the lifespan. You’ll focus on building the skills and capacity of individuals, families, and support networks to promote inclusion and quality of life. Working within NDIS and child-safe standards, you’ll be part of a positive, collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality care and achieving meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications
Degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Psychology, or Behavioural ScienceMinimum 2 years experience working within the NDIS sector, and current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient) under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards CommissionDemonstrated capacity to implement the principles and processes related to positive behaviour support, trauma-informed care, and person-centred supportUnderstanding of the current trends and approaches underpinning positive behaviour supportExperience prioritising workloads and managing clients with complex needsCommitment to Continuing Professional Development, Evidence-Based Practice, and measuring clinical outcomesAbility to work collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary teamKnowledge of confidentiality principles and WHS responsibilitiesAbout You
