As a Data Engineering Lead, you’ll play a crucial part in crafting and coordinating strong data pipelines, models, and governance structures that support our Analytics Platform. What You’ll Do

  • Owning an agile team of data engineers and collaborating with solution architects, analysts, and data scientists.
  • Crafting and implementing data models and pipelines to enable flawless extraction and integration into the Process Mining platform.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong data governance, lineage modelling, and technical documentation.
  • Leading data enablement initiatives with an Agile approach to drive timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborating with team members to identify inefficiencies and suggest data-driven solutions

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in data engineering, data management, and schema design with expertise in SQL, Python, and Java.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop scalable data solutions.
  • Experience in Agile project management and leading technical teams in sophisticated environments.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of process mining concepts and a passion for using data to optimize business processes.
  • Excellent collaborator engagement skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
