The Role :

Civilmart have an exciting opportunity available for a driven and passionate External Sales Representative, seeking a new challenge in a rapidly growing organisation! The Sales Representative will be responsible for the growth of sales to new and existing customers around the Northern Qld region.

This position is suited to an individual with demonstrated sales experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry. To be successful in this role you will be results driven, sales hungry and continuously motivated to exceed your sales targets!

This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday with the expectation that the Sales Representative will be on the road meeting with customers and visiting sites. This role will report to the Cairns Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales KPI’s and meet quarterly targets
• Generate new business opportunities to increase sales
• Create and maintain customer pricing and margins
• Identify, develop, and manage new areas of business growth
• Work co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team environment
• Liaise with finance, production, technical and logistics teams
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
