Senior Care Assistant

Overview

Please note that this is a full-time role working night shifts, 44 hours per week. Full flexibility is required.

Job responsibilities

• Plan and implement care that gives residents security, dignity and independence.
• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care.
• Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through activities, and administer medication.
• Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with the team and residents’ families to deliver personalised care plans.
• Support residents and colleagues with kindness in all interactions, including helping with mobility aids and end-of-life care needs.
