Overview

Real Therapy Solutions is a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners, providing holistic therapy from multidisciplinary clinics across Sydney and the Illawarra. We are experiencing rapid growth and expansion and are growing our team of therapists. This role focuses on developing your knowledge and skills as an Occupational Therapist to support adults and children with a variety of presentations. As a NDIS registered provider we support clients with motor skills, ADL's, functional capacity assessments, and sensory disorders through to home modifications and prescriptions. The caseload is varied and the support is thorough.

Responsibilities

  • Further develop knowledge and skills as an Occupational Therapist to support adults and children with a variety of presentations.
  • Provide services as part of a multidisciplinary team to support clients in accordance with NDIS guidelines, including motor skills, activities of daily living (ADLs), functional capacity assessments, sensory considerations, home modifications, and prescriptions.
  • Deliver person-centered, ethical interventions and contribute to positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Full Australian work rights
  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current driver’s license
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work)
