Job descriptionProviding world‑class guidance to leaders across APAC to achieve their growth objectives and enable peak performance Providing expert advice and support on matters including performance management, global mobility and a diverse range of employee relations matters Providing pragmatic guidance on processes and policies to ensure best practice across our portfolios and regions Collaborating with People Partners to improve advisory processes across APAC, utilising our platform and AI to achieve results Supporting talent management and succession planning activities to enhance leadership effectiveness Guiding and maintaining a high‑performance culture throughout Employment Hero Amplifying the Employment Hero Way (Mission First, Apolitical and AI First) Assisting People Partners and the Performance Operations team on matters including performance management, global mobility and employee relations Serving as a key point of contact for ER / IR, company policies and procedures, providing support to employees and managers with timely and effective resolutions Advising and supporting leaders to drive and maintain a high‑performance culture through effective performance management processes, goal setting and enhancement plans Amplifying the commerciality and effectiveness of teams, supporting our People Partners portfolio’s initiatives Driving talent management initiatives and programs, including talent assessment and succession planning, to ensure an internal pipeline of top talent to meet current and future business needs Supporting strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention and satisfaction, ensuring employees are motivated and aligned with the company’s mission and values Using AI and HR analytics and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leaders, enabling data‑driven decision‑making in talent management and strategies Actively embedding our DNA from a team member’s first day through to their last Proven success in providing guidance, supporting and coaching leaders on performance management and ER matters A strong growth mindset – always looking for better ways to get the job done at speed Track record of thriving in dynamic, fast‑paced environments, showcasing adaptability and effective decision‑making Expertise in leveraging AI and smart HR technology tools to execute Tech‑savvy and experienced working with cross‑functional teams, preferably in technology or product‑led companies Remote work with flexibility to own your time and impact Access to cutting‑edge tools to amplify your work, knowledge and outputs A supportive, ambitious, outcome‑driven team that challenges you to do the best work of your life ESOP (employee share options) in one of the world’s fastest‑growing tech companies A wide range of benefits including a very generous parental leave policy, subsidised egg freezing, a WFH office expense budget, and outstanding learning & development opportunities
