This role
The People Advisor’s mission is to collaborate with key leaders and People Partners to deliver exceptional support and guidance across EH, enabling our leaders to activate and amplify their people. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of Employment Hero through :
Providing world‑class guidance to leaders across APAC to achieve their growth objectives and enable peak performanceProviding expert advice and support on matters including performance management, global mobility and a diverse range of employee relations mattersProviding pragmatic guidance on processes and policies to ensure best practice across our portfolios and regionsCollaborating with People Partners to improve advisory processes across APAC, utilising our platform and AI to achieve resultsSupporting talent management and succession planning activities to enhance leadership effectivenessGuiding and maintaining a high‑performance culture throughout Employment HeroAmplifying the Employment Hero Way (Mission First, Apolitical and AI First)People Advisory
Assisting People Partners and the Performance Operations team on matters including performance management, global mobility and employee relationsServing as a key point of contact for ER / IR, company policies and procedures, providing support to employees and managers with timely and effective resolutionsPerformance & Growth
Advising and supporting leaders to drive and maintain a high‑performance culture through effective performance management processes, goal setting and enhancement plansAmplifying the commerciality and effectiveness of teams, supporting our People Partners portfolio’s initiativesTalent Management
Driving talent management initiatives and programs, including talent assessment and succession planning, to ensure an internal pipeline of top talent to meet current and future business needsEmployee Engagement
Supporting strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention and satisfaction, ensuring employees are motivated and aligned with the company’s mission and valuesInsights
