Join Hatch as a Graduate Digital Engineer in Perth to develop software solutions and support digital transformation in mining, energy, and infrastructure.

Your Role

Be involved in projects spanning the full solution lifecycle, from idea synthesis to ongoing offsite support.

About You

The company is looking for :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Software, or similar) with a solid academic record.

Interest in applying software programming to real-world physical environments.

Software development skills in any of the following are advantageous : Python, machine learning, Allen-Bradley PLCs, SQL, .Net, Java, and Javascript.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong passion for teamwork to solve complex problems.
