Job descriptionMinimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment. Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical skills : Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions. Attention to detail : Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy. Problem-solving : Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Empathy : Understanding the challenges injured workers face and providing compassionate support. Mid‑Senior level Contract General Business Business Consulting and Services
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
