Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.Skills
Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical skills : Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.Attention to detail : Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.Problem-solving : Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.Empathy : Understanding the challenges injured workers face and providing compassionate support.Application
