About This Opportunity

As a Program Facilitator, you will support the Amplifying Voices Program (AVP) and a new Lived Experience and Advocacy Program (LEAP) to elevate lived expertise in homelessness and domestic, family and sexual violence into impactful policy, programs, and advocacy.

In This Role You Will

• Empower lived experience voices through advocacy and leadership initiatives.
• Facilitate inclusive group sessions with trauma‑informed, culturally safe practices.
• Lead participant recruitment and co‑design impactful training and mentoring programs.
• Strengthen partnerships and uphold a unique focus on gendered violence prevention and homelessness.
• Ensure quality and accountability through effective data collection and reporting.

Location & Employment

Location : Palmerston – Darwin – Larrakia Land.

Type : Office (and one day work from home).

Contract : Ongoing | Full‑Time | 38 hours a week.

Salary : Social & Community Services Level 5 – $51 to $53.31 per hour + Super.

Benefits : Salary packaging up to $18,550 + paid parental leave + career development.
