Overview

  • Employment Type : Temporary Full / Part time until Feb 2026

  • Remuneration : $37.48 - $52.62 + 12% Super + Salary Packaging
  • Hours Per Week : Up to 38
  • Location : Singleton

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centred care on the surgical ward, day surgery unit, recovery, and operating theatres.
  • Work within the Singleton Surgical Services team to support high‑quality care before, during, and after procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager, senior staff, Clinical Nurse Consultant, and Clinical Nurse Educators to provide guidance and professional development.
  • Support operative procedures and assist multidisciplinary teams as required.
  • Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse currently registered under the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board.
  • Strong patient‑centred approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Previous experience in a Day Surgery Unit is desirable but not essential.
  • Will comply with NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015 and required occupational assessment for Category A positions.
