Are you a hands‑on leader with a strong background in manufacturing? We're on the hunt for an experienced Leading Hand to help drive performance and efficiency on the factory floor in Tullamarine.

Monday-Friday 7am-3 : 06pm.

Full time permanent role $75k + super

About the Role

• Lead, coach, and support a team of production workers and conduct training for new and existing staff
• Coordinate workflow to meet production targets and deadlines
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies
• Monitor product quality and troubleshoot issues as they ariseCollaborate with supervisors and other departments to optimise production
