Technical / Functional Analyst (Salesforce and or Mulesoft)

Job descriptionExperience working as Technical / Functional Analyst (and or both Salesforce & Mulesoft) with the ability to gather requirements and translate into functional specifications; Experience in enterprise scale and complex technology environments; Experience working in Agile or Waterfall teams; Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships across the organisation. Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues Candidates must have a minimum 5 years+ experience of Saleforce / Mulesoft working with a large ICT environment. Relevant tertiary or post graduate qualifications are highly desirable e.g bachelors degree in computer science or software engineering Advanced knowledge of Mulesoft and Salesforce CRM platforms 1. Experience within Technical / Functional Analyst Saleforce / Mulesoft role within a large ICT environment. 2. Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues 3. Experience in the delivery of services in a similar environment. 4. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships across the organisation.

Experience in both fields would be highly desirable but not necessary.
