The Role, and What You’ll Be Doing

The Hardware Applications Manager will lead the company’s Field Engineering team , ensuring world-class customer support and delivering technical excellence. This role plays a critical part in bridging the gap between technical development and customer success , acting as a key interface between engineering teams and end users.

We're looking for someone with recent hands‑on experience in hardware and embedded systems — someone who can translate complex technical solutions into real‑world outcomes and ensure seamless product implementation in the field.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the Applications Engineering team, providing guidance, setting goals, and promoting a culture of collaboration.
• Develop and implement technical support strategies, including evaluation kits, documentation, best practices, online resources, training modules, and customer‑facing tools.
• Oversee customer design‑in projects, ensuring they meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Act as a technical expert, providing hands‑on support for debugging and design‑in issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to align product development with customer needs.
• Drive strategic initiatives, including firmware support on non‑standard MCUs, global reference designs, and partner management.
• Foster a customer‑first culture, ensuring a high standard of service and support.
