Job descriptionECEC Worker Retention Grant provides an extra 10% on top of your award hourly rate. Partnered with Flare Benefits for exclusive savings on fuel, groceries, tech, fashion, dining, entertainment, and more. Above-award hourly rates with no weekend work required. Split shift allowances when working Before School Care & After School Care, or attending team meetings outside of shifts. Career growth opportunities through internal promotions and study pathways; subsidised Diploma qualifications for eligible staff. Paid onboarding and ongoing professional training and development. Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills. You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or Certificate III or equivalent. Valid Working with Children Check Blue Card Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain). Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain). Availability between 7 : 00 am-9 : 00 am and 2 : 30 pm-6 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday.

In this role, you’ll maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children. Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.
