Contact Centre Agent - Customer Service
- 3-6 Month Contract
- $35-$38 per hour + Super
- Brisbane CBD
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to join a busy government organisation based in Brisbane's CBD. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers—providing professional, friendly, and efficient support across phone, email, and web chat channels.
You'll handle general enquiries, update customer records, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
