Job descriptionCollaborate and work closely with treatment providers (including Doctors, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals) to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing Attend a variety of workplaces on a weekly basis, and learn the physical demands and responsibilities of a number of job roles to support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work Educating workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients Up to 8 days of additional leave a year – 4 “YOU” days of extra leave, pet leave, and volunteering leave as well as paid study leave Benefit from paid study leave and experienced mentorship - all managers have 5 – 30 years’ experience Voted 4th Best Place to Work 2024 in Healthcare by Australian Financial Review Customer-focused : Passionate about building and nurturing relationships – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our clients Quality Orientated : Visit workplaces to gain an understanding of what challenges an injured worker may face People-passionate : Assess injured workers to determine the best way to help them recover and get back to work. About You
- AHPRA or ESSA registration
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
- Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills
