About the Role

Are you an ambitious professional ready to become a Financial Adviser within the next 12 months? At Thriving Wealth, you’ll :

• Complete your Provisional Year (PY) with full structure and support.
• Receive mentoring from award‑winning advisers who genuinely care about your growth.
• Work directly with clients who value advice that changes lives.
• Follow a 12‑month pathway to authorisation with proven success — we’ve already guided four advisers through the journey.
• Be part of a modern, high‑performing team that celebrates your progress and supports your goals.

This role suits someone with at least three years of financial planning industry experience (CSM, Paraplanner, or Associate) who’s ready to step up into advice, client strategy, and relationship management.
