Job Description

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage month-end reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to queries.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accountant should have :

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Working towards CA / CPA qualification
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.
