Responsibilities

• The ability to engage with people to assist them overcome barriers to employment.
• Be able to adapt to varying situations and take a creative approach when dealing with individuals.
• Must have excellent administration skills and the ability to multi task.
• Strong customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Work autonomously as part of a wider team.
