Job Description
- Accurately process payroll transactions in line with company policies and compliance regulations.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of payroll systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and manage payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment between payroll and accounting functions.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within the payroll function.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Testing Payroll Associate should have :
- ADP GlobalView and Preceda experience highly regarded
- Proven experience in payroll operations, ideally within large enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise agreements and their application in payroll
- Exposure to system transitions or payroll project work highly regarded
- Comfortable working in a large team environment with strong communication and collaboration skills
