Title : Capture Manager – Deployable ICT

Location : This is a permanent full‑time position and can be based in either Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute winning strategies – create compelling value propositions, competitive intelligence portfolios, and teaming approaches to maximise our probability of success.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams – guide subject‑matter experts, engineers, commercial, finance, and business development professionals through all phases of the capture process.
• Drive proposal excellence – work closely with our Proposal Management team to oversee the development of compliant, persuasive, and customer‑focused proposals.
• Engage stakeholders – foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, customers, and industry collaborators to strengthen KBR’s market position.
• Ensure compliance and integrity – manage risks, uphold governance, and ensure adherence to all internal and client requirements.
