About this opportunity

Contribute towards the success of our Christmas trading period by delivering individualised customer service in a team environment. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and image of our premium jewellery store. This involves maintaining a high level of store presentation – cleaning and maintaining jewellery displays, the stockroom and store itself – as well as working collaboratively to support other team members with ad-hoc duties as needed. Develop knowledge of Michael Hill’s artisanal craftsmanship and offer guidance to customers where appropriate.

You will complete a short application form with the opportunity to select your top store location preferences and share your rostering availability. If shortlisted, you will be invited to an interview in-store !
