Job descriptionDrive the end-to-end sales process, from initial customer engagement to final vehicle delivery, ensuring a premium experience. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new vehicles. Build and cultivate a robust portfolio of new and loyal customers through exceptional service and relationship management. Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining expert-level product knowledge across our diverse vehicle range. Effectively utilize our modern CRM systems to manage your sales pipeline and customer interactions. Collaborate with our finance and service teams to provide a seamless and professional customer journey. Proven experience in automotive sales is essential. A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. A confident and charismatic professional with a passion for the automotive industry. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a competitive drive to succeed. A valid driver's license. Weekend availability is essential as we trade 7 days a week. Six-figure OTE (On-Target Earnings) that is realistic and achievable for a driven consultant. Company car or car allowance provided. Uncapped earning potential with a strong base salary and an attractive commission structure. Continuous professional development with access to both internal and external training.
