About the Role
Opportunity to join the Myer Eastern Creek DC leading a multi-skilled team supporting Myer stores in delivery service excellence in a fast-paced environment. The DC operates with PM shift from 2pm–10pm, Monday–Friday, and includes site lock-up. During training (approx. 3–4 weeks), hours will vary and progressive hours will move to permanent PM shift from late July.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the Distribution Centre team ensuring delivery and execution of the Myer business strategyLead by example and champion a safe work environmentOptimise team productivity and cost-effectiveness to meet business and customer expectationsOrganise, plan, control and monitor distribution of goods from receipt in the DC through to despatch to stores and customersEstablish and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties across logistics activitiesIdentify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities related to process, productivity, costs, customer service, people management and safetyAbout You
Experience in a DC / Warehouse / Supply Chain environmentDemonstrated team leadership / supervisory experienceUnderstanding of WHS policiesExperience in various Warehouse activities and dutiesHands-on with willingness to undertake manual activitiesStrong customer service focusGood communication with stakeholdersAnalytical, problem solving and numeracy skills; attention to detail and ability to multi-taskValid forklift licenseBenefits
