Job Description

As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and communities. This may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and social activities. Job Requirements

Must have a full Australian Drivers License

• Must have a valid Police check
• Must have a valid Working with Children check
• Prior experience in home and community care is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
