Retail Staff (Casual)

We are on the hunt for exceptional Retail Staff with a passion for people, customer service and delivering an exceptional experience.

Maximise sales opportunities by delivering exceptional in-store experiences for our customers.

What You’ll Do :

• Leading from the shop floor, oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store’s cleanliness and organisation while elevating customer service standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in managing stock / inventory processes, and achieving sales targets.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure an engaging store presentation.
• Implement and drive community outreach initiatives (e.g. events, gyms, run clubs).
• Help manage rosters, hire, train and onboarding of staff.
• Collaborate with marketing team for in-store campaigns.
