The Role

As an SDR, you are the tip of the spear. You will qualify warm inbound leads, book meetings, and keep the momentum of our sales engine pumping. You will also dive into our stacked internal database, reactivating interest with prospects who already know and trust our brand.

What You Will Do

  • Call and qualify warm inbound leads
  • Book high quality appointments for our sales coaches
  • Work our internal database to create new opportunities and reignite interest
  • Build rapport and relationships with prospects, providing the right information to move them forward
  • Keep CRM, notes, and calendar up to date and accurate
  • Sharpen your edge daily through training, roleplays, and feedback

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years in sales (SDR, BDR, inside sales, or service industry roles)
  • Proven ability to hit sales or activity targets
  • Confident and comfortable on the phone with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Hungry, ambitious, and motivated by big earnings and growth
  • Coachable, disciplined, competitive, and a strong team player
